Wian Pienaar

Wian Pienaar is a respected conveyancer and is often asked to consult and provide opinion in matters of contestation in property transactions. His range of services include bond registrations, bond cancellations, property registrations, sectional titles, servitudes, as well as property development and township establishment.

Wian is a Director of Kloppers Inc Attorneys and heads up the Conveyancing Department at the firm’s Richards Bay office. Having obtained his B.Proc degree from the University of Potchefstroom, he was admitted as an attorney in 1999 and was further admitted as a Conveyancer in 2005.

Wian regularly presents educational training lectures for clients and service providers alike with a focus on the local property industry and its many nuances and subsidiary issues, including changes in legal practice and principles. Wian oversees the marketing of the firm as a whole and always strives to maintain the good relationships he has built with local business in the many years he has been in the region.

He is an enthusiastic cyclist, avid mountain biker and remains an active member of his residential community. His favourite pastime, however, is the moments he spends with his lovely wife, Cornel, and their three children.
