Frans Marx

Frans heads the Litigation Department of the Richards Bay office of Kloppers Inc. with almost 28 years of experience.

Frans has a strong background in general, commercial and corporate litigation. Together with a BProc degree from the former Rand Afrikaans University, Frans also holds an Advance Diploma in Labour Law and has considerable knowledge and understanding of all facets of employment law, including mediation, arbitration, and discipline and dismissal procedures. Well regarded for his ability to draft commercial contracts, Frans is also a particularly talented litigator.

Hailing from Zululand, Frans has the benefit of strong business relationships with most of the local community. In his spare time, Frans reads endlessly, fishes as often as he can and thoroughly enjoys a good game of schoolboy rugby – especially if one of his three sons is playing.
