Kloppers Cape Inc, a dynamic law firm based in Durbanville Cape Town, is seeking a motivated Conveyancer to join our team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to establish him/herself at our Firm.

Key responsibilities:

·        Overseeing the Transfer and Bond registration processes

·        Support paralegals in various practice areas within the conveyancing area

·        Engage with clients and business partners

·        Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient process management

.        Attend on clients for signing up of mortgage bond documents

Requirements:

·        LLB degree from a recognised South African university.

·        Admissions as an Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court

·        Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis products, and E4 will be an advantage

.        Experience in Developments conveyancing and admission as a Notary Public will be an added advantage

.        Driver’s License
