PIETER KLOPPERS B.PROC (UOVS) Dip Tax Prac (RAU)
Pieter obtained a Bachelor of Law (B.Proc) degree from the University of the Free State and later a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg. He was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public of the High Court of South Africa. Pieter served his articles of clerkship with Dyason Attorneys in Pretoria where after he was appointed as a professional assistant at Malan & Steyn Attorneys. Before founding Kloppers Incorporated in 1999, he was a director at Bothas Incorporated in Richards Bay.
Pieter’s fields of experience include commercial law, contracts, conveyancing, sectional title developments and family law.
THEO VAN RENSBURG B.IUR B.PROC (PTA)
Theo obtained the degrees B.Iur and B.Proc at the University of Pretoria. He commenced and completed clerkship as candidate attorney in Florida, Johannesburg and was admitted as an attorney (1996), conveyancer (2006) and notary (2009) of the High Court of South Africa. Theo practiced for his own account in George and served as a legal advisor for a group of private companies in KwaZulu- Natal before he joined Kloppers Incorporated Durban in 2007 as a director.
Theo currently specializes in conveyancing and Notarial matters, sport law and player representation and various other contracts.
PHONNIE ROOS B.PROC (UOVS)
Phonnie obtained a B.Proc degree from the University of the Free State and commenced with clerkship as candidate attorney with Vermaak & Dennis in Bloemfontein. Phonnie completed his clerkship as candidate attorney with Schoeman, Kellerman & Kotze in Welkom and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1991 where after he practiced for his own account at Roos, Kalp & Partners from 1992-2001. He was employed as a senior legal adviser at Senwes Ltd., Klerksdorp, before he joined Kloppers Incorporated in 2004 as a professional assistant. Phonnie was admitted as a conveyancer and a notary public and became a partner at Kloppers Incorporated Empangeni in 2005.
Services rendered by Phonnie include litigation in the High Court and Magistrate's Court, conveyancing, criminal Law matters, commercial law and contracts and family law related matters.
WIAN PIENAAR B.PROC (PU for CHE) Cert. Lab. Law (PU for CHE)
Wian obtained his B.Proc degree from the now North West University. He completed his articles with Botha de Wet en Rood in Klerksdorp and was admitted as an attorney in 1999 and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa in 2005. Wian joined Kloppers Incorporated in January 2002 and currently oversees the Conveyancing Department in Richards Bay.
He specialises in the fields of debt collection, conveyancing, commercial law, various delictual and contractual claims and general litigation including family law related matters.
FRANS RIAAN MARX B.PROC (RAU) DIP. Lab. Law (RAU)
Frans obtained a B.Proc degree and an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from the Rand Afrikaans Universiteit (now University of Johannesburg). He commenced his clerkship as candidate attorney at the Legal Aid Board 1994 and later completed his clerkship with Truter, James, De Ridder. Frans was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and became a partner at Truter, James, De Ridder before joining Kloppers Incorporated Richards Bay. He has extensive experience in commercial law and contracts, local government law/ municipal law, various delictual and contractual claims, labour law and general litigation including family law related matters.
ANDILE NOZIBUSISO MTSHALI LLB (UNIZUL)
Andile obtained her LLB degree at the University of Zululand in 2012, and after completing her clerkship as a Candidate Attorney at Kloppers Incorporated Empangeni, she was admitted as an attorney in 2015. Andile’s loyalty won out when she turned down competing offers, and accepted the appointment as Director of Kloppers Incorporated Empangeni. She is due to write her Conveyancers exam in May 2016.
GAVIN STEINHOBEL B.COM (UPE) LLB (UPE)
Gavin obtained a B.Com degree in Law as well as an LLB degree from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University). He was admitted as an attorney in 1996 after completing his articles in Newcastle and practiced litigation for thirteen years before he was admitted as a conveyancer in 2004. Gavin was a partner at Saville and Steinhobel in Newcastle before joining Kloppers Incorporated Ballito in June 2014.
