Winter is here. While we are blessed in KZN with the mildest of climates come June and July, it is still a long and cold time of year for the members of our community that are less fortunate. With that in mind, Kloppers Inc is also aware that Mandela Day is only six weeks away and we are waist-deep in the planning processed for this worthwhile and soul-lifting event.

To ease the burden on our collections team come on the week of Mandela Day, we will be placing Collections Boxes in the offices of some stakeholders and strategic partners from the end of June. We encourage the public to search their cupboards for clothes and dried food to fill these boxes so we can start making this winter more bearable and more comfortable. And then once they are full, we will come collect the contents and distribute to a number of needy groups and organisations throughout the city of uMhlathuze.
